Be Motivated to Move for Christ

Bringing people closer to God through the Art of Moving Prayer

In harmony with Christian faith-based tradition, Dr. Anne Borik, a Catholic physician has blended her medical expertise as an Internal Medicine physician with years of fitness experience as an Exercise Physiologist to develop this innovative program of 'Prayer in Motion'. The Sign Chi Do system incorporates breath, movement, intention and music with sign gestures that ultimately engage the mind, body and soul that can't be duplicated by other fitness programs. It has been said that "Sign Chi Do is like a form of self-defense against Satan." The results are amazing and we invite you to explore the many beautiful prayers that will lead you to a Healthy, Happy, Holy relationship with God.

I personally invite you to become a member of the Sign Chi Do community today. Participate on our Prayer Wall and have additional access to resources and events as we celebrate God's love for us and receive His mercy.

Medical Benefits

Improve your health and well being

The Sign Chi Do system was designed and created by Dr. Anne Borik, an Internal Medicine physician. Research has shown that it is effective in managing stress, anxiety, insomnia and other related conditions. The regular practice of Sign Chi Do has been proven to help maintain balance, flexibility, cognition and an overall sense of well being.

The Art of Moving Prayer is a unique program intended to put prayer into action. It was designed to allow you to pray with your entire being using sign language (gesture), breathing and (gentle) movement. The name reflects ‘Sign’ for sign language gesture, ‘Chi’ to embrace Christ in the Chi-Rho and “Do” means ‘the way’. Dr. Anne Borik designed this dynamic program to help demonstrate the healing power of prayer.

Chaplet of Divine Mercy

The message of The Divine Mercy is simple. It is that God loves us — all of us. And, he wants us to recognize that His mercy is greater than our sins, so that we will call upon Him with trust, receive His mercy, and let it flow through us to others.

I have a great devotion to the Chaplet of Divine Mercy and would love to share with you my personal prayer ministry and story of the Divine Mercy in Motion. I invite you to join me and learn more here.
